About the Role
The Conrad Dublin, a prestigious 5-star hotel within Hilton's Luxury Division, is dedicated to providing smart, stylish, and intuitive service to discerning travelers. This Accommodation Supervisor position involves leading the housekeeping team to ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and train the housekeeping staff, managing schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and hotel areas.
- Conduct routine inspections including checkout and occupied rooms, as well as service zones like storage and corridors, to uphold quality and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to promptly address any facility or equipment issues.
- Oversee special housekeeping projects such as deep cleaning and other initiatives requiring focused attention.
- Manage inventory and upkeep of housekeeping equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure excellent service delivery by meeting special guest requests, including those of VIPs, to enhance guest experiences.
