Position Overview
This role is for a highly organized, dependable, and service-minded administrative professional who will help keep day-to-day office activities running efficiently. The person in this position will support staff, leadership, and guests with professionalism, accuracy, and a helpful attitude.
The right candidate will be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, staying on top of details, solving routine issues, and contributing to a smooth and positive workplace experience. People who are proactive, organized, and genuinely enjoy supporting others are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance to managers and team members throughout the organization.
- Keep calendars organized, set up meetings, and arrange appointments.
- Handle incoming phone and email communication and route questions to the correct contact.
- Create, revise, and arrange documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain records, filing systems, and other office documentation.
- Assist with accurate data entry and keep information current.
- Support travel planning, meeting coordination, and event arrangements when needed.
- Monitor and replenish office equipment and supplies.
- Greet visitors and help maintain a polished, welcoming office atmosphere.
- Contribute to special assignments and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Completion of high school or an equivalent credential is required; further administrative education or training is considered an advantage.
- Prior exposure to office administration, administrative support, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong ability to organize work and manage time effectively.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with other standard office software.
- Ability to manage confidential information carefully and discreetly.
- Good attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems.
- Capable of working independently while also contributing well in a team setting.
