Position overview
We’re seeking a dependable, well-organized Administrative Assistant who can support day-to-day office operations and help maintain a smooth, professional workplace. In this role, you’ll assist managers, staff members, and visitors while keeping administrative processes running efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities
- Support managers and other team members with a variety of administrative needs.
- Keep calendars organized, arrange meetings, and set appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, then route questions to the right person or department.
- Draft, update, organize, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and office documentation.
- Enter data and keep information current and correct.
- Arrange travel, meeting details, and event logistics when required.
- Track office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Greet visitors and help maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional administrative training or education is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in administrative support, office operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with other office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive information carefully and discreetly.
- Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Capable of working independently while also contributing well in a team setting.
