Position Overview
Kitchen Tune-Up is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a growing kitchen remodeling business. The role is suited to someone who wants a stable, rewarding position, is open to learning new methods, and can support a fast-moving team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with the project manager and franchise owner to prepare, arrange, and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor project schedules and help keep timelines on track.
- Place purchase orders and submit them to suppliers.
- Partner with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Handle incoming phone calls and enter, organize, track, and update prospect and customer records.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable using both a computer and a smartphone.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Self-driven, reliable, and dependable.
- Well organized with strong attention to detail.
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.
