Job description

Position summary

This role calls for a reliable, organized, and people-oriented administrative professional to help keep day-to-day office activities running efficiently. The position supports employees, managers, and guests by handling routine office coordination, communication, documentation, and general administrative support with a polished and helpful approach.

The right candidate will be comfortable juggling several priorities, staying detail-focused, solving small problems before they grow, and contributing to a positive workplace experience for everyone they interact with.

Key responsibilities

  • Support managers and team members with a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Keep calendars organized, arrange meetings, and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Handle incoming calls, reply to emails, and route questions to the correct person.
  • Draft, revise, and arrange documents, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain records, filing structures, and general office documentation.
  • Enter and update data while keeping information accurate and current.
  • Coordinate travel, meeting setup, and event-related logistics when needed.
  • Monitor office supplies and equipment and place orders as required.
  • Greet visitors and help maintain a professional, welcoming front office environment.
  • Contribute to special assignments and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school completion or an equivalent credential is required; additional administrative coursework or training is an advantage.
  • Prior exposure to administrative support, office coordination, or customer-facing service is preferred.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with related office applications.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information carefully and confidentially.
  • Good attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of working on your own and also collaborating well with others.
