Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and people-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. This role plays a central part in keeping the workplace running efficiently while providing professional assistance to staff, leadership, and guests.

The right person will be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, solving routine issues, staying organized, and helping create a smooth, positive experience for everyone they interact with. If you are proactive, detail-focused, and take pride in supporting others, this opportunity could be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative assistance to managers and team members across the organization.
  • Keep calendars organized, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, reply to emails, and route questions to the correct contact.
  • Draft, revise, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and general office documentation.
  • Support data entry tasks and keep information current and accurate.
  • Arrange travel, meeting setup, and event logistics when required.
  • Monitor office inventory and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Greet visitors and help maintain a professional, welcoming workplace.
  • Contribute to special assignments and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; added administrative coursework or training is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in office administration, administrative support, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with other office software.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others.
