Job description

About the Role

This position sits within Technology & Product Operations and is focused on designing and delivering AI agents and agentic workflows that reshape how Product Experience and GTM teams operate. The goal is to replace manual, multi-step operational tasks with automated systems that reduce friction, speed up execution, and enable new ways of working across member, customer, and GTM experiences.

The role is available from LinkedIn offices in San Francisco, New York, or Chicago. Work is structured as hybrid, with time split between home and an office based on team needs.

You will act as a hands-on product builder, combining GTM domain knowledge with modern AI tools and methods. The position calls for strong product judgment, engineering discipline, and the ability to work through complex and unclear data ecosystems while influencing stakeholders through collaboration and trust.

What You Will Do

  • Design, build, and launch agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and AI applications that automate GTM activities such as lead qualification, account research, pipeline review, quota planning, and proactive seller alerts, as well as Product Experience processes like member friction analysis, customer impact review, and anomaly detection.
  • Set the technical direction for the agentic AI roadmap within Technology & Product Operations, including framework selection, tooling choices, evaluation methods, and operating standards, while partnering with R&D to improve internal platforms and data infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain production-ready Python and SQL solutions, either independently or with AI assistance, to support workflows, GTM integrations, analytics pipelines, and insight-delivery systems.
  • Create strong two-way connections between AI agents and the GTM technology stack so the broader system functions as one coordinated, agent-driven environment.
  • Apply modern AI techniques, including LLMs, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent orchestration, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop workflows, in partnership with Operations, Data Science, and Engineering.
  • Coach operations and analytics teammates on AI tools and applications while setting a high standard for code quality, technical rigor, and engineering practices.
  • Define and track success metrics for shipped agents, such as autonomous resolution rate, time saved per workflow, and cost per task, while improving performance and efficiency and ensuring responsible AI and data privacy safeguards.
  • Explain complex technical ideas and agent behavior clearly to senior GTM and Operations leaders in a way that supports decision-making.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to move agentic systems from prototype to scalable production and deliver measurable business value across GTM and Product organizations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience building tools, workflows, or products for GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations, or experience working directly inside a GTM, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops team.
  • Hands-on SQL experience on large-scale data warehouses such as Presto, Trino, or Spark SQL.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with GenAI technologies, LLM APIs, and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
  • At least 1 year of experience architecting, building, and deploying AI-powered applications, agents, or automated solutions in production.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Working understanding of the lead-to-revenue lifecycle, sales processes, and the customer journey.
  • Background in software engineering, applied AI, data science, or analytics engineering, with demonstrated delivery of production systems.
  • Experience connecting with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Outreach, Gong, Marketo, or Slack.
  • Experience building evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring for LLM-based systems.
  • Experience functioning as an AI builder or automation lead within a GTM, Revenue Ops, or Sales Strategy team at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Ability to lead ambiguous, complex technical efforts from idea stage to production.
  • History of shaping technical roadmaps in fast-changing environments.
  • Self-directed, resilient, resourceful, and action-oriented.
  • Strong interest in AI and a practical perspective on using agentic systems to achieve business outcomes.
