This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership. Instead of following a pre-defined roadmap, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping it. The role is designed for individuals who are proactive, innovative, and possess a deep understanding of AI's practical applications.

• Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI tools, platforms, and agents to address tangible business challenges, moving beyond theoretical proof-of-concepts.
• Develop practical workflows, automations, and prototypes that will be utilized by employees across our global organization.
• Identify and rectify manual processes that could be automated, thereby improving efficiency.
• Effectively translate technical possibilities into strategic business value, communicating these insights clearly to senior management.
• Support the integration and adoption of AI technologies across various business units, including operations, HR, client services, and finance.
• Continuously explore and integrate the latest advancements in AI, applying them to enhance Everise's operations.
• Undertake special projects that fall outside traditional departmental structures but have the potential to significantly alter operational methodologies.

• Proven, hands-on experience with AI tools, potentially showcased through a portfolio, GitHub repository, or developed workflows.
• Proficiency with generative AI platforms and a solid understanding of their business deployment.
• The ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner for non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability to work across different functions and time zones, reflecting Everise's global presence.
• Experience with Python, no-code/low-code platforms, or API integrations is considered a plus.
• Must be based in Singapore and available for a one-year contract.
