About the company

I.V.K. Immobilien is hiring for a practical all-round position in Leipzig, Saxony. The role is based on-site and supports building-related work across a variety of trades and maintenance tasks.

What you will do

• Assist the craftsman team in day-to-day preparatory and support tasks alongside painters, carpenters, tilers and related trades.
• Fit and install cladding, doors, windows and flooring elements.
• Carry out maintenance and service work as needed.
• Perform demolition and dismantling tasks.
• Record work output and take measurements directly at the job site.
• Help with clearing out spaces and procuring materials.
• Fix minor damage and small defects in buildings or on the premises.
• Handle general repair and hands-on craft duties depending on operational needs.

What we are looking for

• Good manual skills and a solid grasp of technical basics.
• Ideally, previous experience in a similar hands-on role.
• Confident handling of tools and work equipment.
• Physical resilience and a practical, solution-oriented working style.
• Driving licence class B is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
