Job description

Role Overview

The Compliance Lead supports the organization in staying aligned with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. This role focuses on shaping and monitoring compliance processes, policies, and performance measures so that requirements are consistently met. It also involves investigating compliance-related issues, helping the business address obligations accurately, and making sure client compliance concerns are documented, communicated, and resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep a strong working knowledge of the laws, regulations, and contact center policies that affect the business.
  • Monitor performance data and identify patterns or trends that can improve compliance outcomes.
  • Prepare reports on performance metrics and key indicators, including NPS, to support business results.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure compliance targets and measures are achieved.
  • Participate in compliance meetings and share observations that may reduce compliance errors.
  • Support the identification and resolution of compliance gaps, mistakes, and recurring trends.
  • Review audits and guide internal teams on client- and company-specific compliance requirements.
  • Communicate clearly with leadership regarding compliance impacts, issues, and progress.
  • Research compliance concerns in detail to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Provide education, rollout support, and evaluation of compliance procedures and processes.
  • Track, document, and communicate client compliance escalations to help ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in project leadership.
  • Strong technical understanding, reporting ability, and knowledge of the company or industry to produce compliance reports.
  • Experience gathering, organizing, and validating data.
  • Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
