About the Role

Bombardier is seeking an AOG Coordinator to join their Customer Response Center in Singapore. This role is crucial for ensuring aircraft return to service swiftly during Aircraft On Ground (AOG) situations. You will be responsible for coordinating with various internal departments and external vendors to provide comprehensive support to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the return of aircraft to service by coordinating with Field Service Representatives, Account Managers, Parts Logistics, BAS/ASF, and Senior Management during AOG events.
  • Ensure all necessary logistics are in place to support the customer, including MRP or Service Facility requirements, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), parts and kits, engineering documentation, and special flight permits.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, managing follow-ups until the complete resolution of AOG situations.
  • Oversee and manage specific medium-term aircraft events that require detailed logistical planning and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Possess a College diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (Avionics or Mechanics) or a minimum of 10 years of relevant aviation experience.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Global aircraft platform; experience with the Challenger platform is considered an advantage.
  • Exhibit strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong customer-centric approach and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends on a rotational basis.

Additional Information

This position operates on a 24/7 rotation schedule.
