Role overview

This position sits within the IMEA region for Saudi Arabia and is tied to Grohe Saudi Arabia Ltd. Co. It is a full-time employee assignment based onsite, with a start date of 1 June 2026.

Core responsibilities

The role focuses on keeping products aligned with the technical rules of the target markets so that sales growth and revenue can be supported without delays in market entry.

• Coordinate product certification and approval activities from the first request through to final closure, making sure products meet the technical requirements of each assigned country.
• Partner with the HQ Approvals team, Product Management, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align certification timelines with launch plans, and keep records properly organized and archived.
• Update and maintain data in GROHE’s regional approvals system, APPFAST, on a regular basis.
• Use the budget assigned to the function in a way that remains fully compliant with internal audit and procedural requirements.
• Obtain and sustain WEL and any other relevant product certificates for GROHE items across the assigned markets, in line with regulatory expectations from bodies such as SASO, MoIAT, GSO, SONCAP, PAI, GOEIC, EOS, and GSA.
• Work with certification bodies, accredited laboratories, and government authorities to drive product approvals, build strong working relationships, and assess their service quality.
• Stay current on existing and upcoming regulations that may affect imported products.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. The role also requires strong fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic. Around 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
