Company Overview

FACE Prep is a major India-based skill development organization with a strong focus on placement preparation for technology careers. Operating since 2008, it has supported a large number of students in building employability through guided learning and structured practice. The company provides several learning modes, including masterclasses, self-paced last-mile prep, workshops, and bootcamps, all aimed at developing job-ready capabilities. Its alumni have gone on to join well-known global technology employers such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, Adobe, PayPal, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Thoughtworks, Cognizant, and Accenture.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Vishakhapatnam for an Aptitude Trainer. The selected candidate will lead classroom-based training in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and other test-preparation topics for college students and early-career professionals.

What You Will Do

The trainer will prepare lesson plans, develop practice questions and assessments, and review test results to spot learning gaps and fine-tune teaching methods. The role also includes running interactive workshops, clearing student doubts, and conducting mock tests to improve speed, accuracy, and exam strategy for campus placements and competitive exams. In addition, the trainer will coordinate with academic and placement teams, share performance feedback with learners, and keep training material updated in line with hiring trends and exam formats.

Required Profile

Applicants should have strong command over aptitude topics, especially quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and data interpretation. The role calls for excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to explain difficult ideas in a clear and engaging way. Prior experience in classroom training, coaching, or mentoring is preferred, particularly in campus placement preparation or competitive exam coaching.

Additional Requirements

The candidate should be capable of creating structured lesson plans, practice sets, and assessments that match recruitment and exam expectations. Comfort with basic digital tools such as presentation software, online testing platforms, and learning management systems is important for teaching and evaluation. A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; candidates from Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields have an added advantage. The ideal profile also includes strong analytical thinking, patience, a student-focused mindset, and a commitment to inclusive and respectful classroom practices. The role may require working around campus schedules, including intensive training phases during placement seasons.
