Role Overview
We are hiring an AR Caller / Senior AR Caller for voice-based medical billing operations in a healthcare outsourcing environment. The role is focused on U.S. healthcare revenue cycle work, particularly physician billing and hospital billing.
Work Setup
This is an in-office position based in Chennai. Interviews will be conducted online, and selected candidates are expected to join immediately.
Experience and Pay
The role is open to candidates with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience. The salary offered is up to INR 40,000 per month, with an annual range of INR 300,000 to INR 500,000 mentioned in the source.
Candidate Requirements
The employer is looking for candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in AR calling, specifically voice process work involving complete denial management. Prior exposure to physician billing AR calling is required.
