Architectural Associate (Township)

Role overview

This position sits within township-focused architectural work in Singapore. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from early concept through completion, with an emphasis on residential planning, design development, and site execution.

What you will do

• Take part in projects from the initial concept stage through final delivery.
• Plan, design, and support the implementation of residential developments.
• Produce original, high-quality architectural concepts and design solutions, including drawings, graphics, documentation, written materials, specifications, and other project deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, workers, and internal teams on design matters, submission requirements, and site execution.
• Track project status to help ensure work stays aligned with the agreed contract terms and project timeline.
• Participate in project, technical, and consultant meetings whenever needed.
• Handle any additional duties assigned, including design competition-related work.

Requirements

• A recognised and accredited degree in Architecture, BArch, or MArch.
• Strong working knowledge of design tools and technologies, including AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of planning rules and building codes, with the ability to apply them correctly.
• Highly organised, careful, and able to analyse details effectively.
• Creative mindset with strong aesthetic judgement.
• Solid knowledge of the industry and how architectural projects are delivered.
• Comfortable solving problems in a structured and practical way.
