Role overview
CarCred is seeking a driven and performance-focused Area Manager to expand vehicle loan business across dealer and channel partner networks. In this role, you will support business growth, manage partner relationships, oversee loan disbursements, and help maintain portfolio health within your assigned territory.
What you will do
- Build vehicle loan sourcing momentum and achieve disbursement goals across the assigned region.
- Cultivate productive relationships with dealers, channel partners, and other important stakeholders.
- Oversee the complete loan journey so applications are processed efficiently and disbursements happen on time.
- Track portfolio quality and ensure all activities remain aligned with compliance standards and company policies.
- Visit dealers regularly, review business performance, and conduct training sessions to improve output.
- Work closely with internal teams, banks, and NBFC partners to keep operations smooth and enhance the customer experience.
What we are looking for
- A graduate in any field; an MBA is preferred.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in auto finance, vehicle loans, dealer finance, banking, NBFCs, or DSA-based business.
- Working knowledge of CIBIL, loan-to-value norms, and retail lending workflows.
- Strong skills in communication, relationship building, and business development.
- Comfort with CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to perform in a fast-moving, target-oriented work environment.
