Overview
This role focuses on building and managing partnerships with Co-operative Banks and Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) to support bancassurance growth. The position is centered on expanding partner relationships, activating branches, and driving revenue through channel development.
Key Responsibilities
The Area Manager will lead partner acquisition and ongoing relationship management for bancassurance alliances. The role includes onboarding new partners, enabling branch-level activation, supporting business expansion, and contributing to revenue generation through a strong alternate distribution network.
Experience and Profile
Applicants should bring 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in bancassurance, channel sales, or bank partnership roles. Prior exposure to Co-operative Banks or RRBs is important, along with strong skills in relationship building, business development, and managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
