Job description

Role overview

This is a customer-facing services role focused on helping K-12 education clients successfully implement, adopt, and get value from assessment solutions. The position combines technical coordination with educational advisory work, supporting district and school partners as they use assessment data to guide instruction and improve student outcomes. You will manage assigned accounts from start to finish, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to a smooth, high-quality service experience in a fast-moving EdTech setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Own implementation and onboarding for assigned accounts, covering setup, configuration, launch support, and adoption of assessment products.
  • Deliver ongoing advisory support to customers, including help with understanding assessments, using the platform effectively, and applying data to instructional decisions.
  • Handle assessment migrations and content-related service tasks with accuracy, quality, and timely completion in line with client expectations.
  • Manage customer portfolios end to end, including scoping work, setting schedules, coordinating communication, carrying out delivery, and resolving escalations.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Content teams to create a seamless customer experience and speed up issue resolution.
  • Document lessons learned from customer interactions and turn them into playbooks, templates, and process updates that improve service delivery.
  • Represent customer needs by identifying recurring themes, sharing feedback, and helping shape product and service improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in K-12 EdTech, assessment services, customer success, or another customer-facing professional services role.
  • Strong knowledge of formative and/or interim assessments, including how they are designed, used in classrooms, and applied to data-informed instruction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements from end to end, including defining scope, planning timelines, delivering work, and communicating progress.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with educators as well as district-level stakeholders.
  • Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities in a dependable, structured way.
  • Comfort working in environments that are still evolving, along with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong interest in educational assessment and in improving teaching and learning through actionable data insights.
  • Experience as an educator, instructional coach, or assessment specialist is considered an advantage.

Benefits

  • Estimated base pay of about $60,000 to $70,000 USD, with possible additional compensation components.
  • Fully remote arrangement with flexibility across the United States.
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage with employer contributions.
  • Wellness support that includes mental health resources, gym reimbursement, and lifestyle benefits.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer matching.
  • Generous paid time off, paid holidays, sick leave, and scheduled company breaks.
  • Professional development stipend to support ongoing learning and career growth.
  • Family-focused support such as parental leave, fertility support, and adoption assistance.
