Nando's UK & IRE is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team in Newbridge, County Kildare, Ireland. About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in running brilliant shifts and contributing to the company's mission of making money, changing lives, and having fun. You will receive a comprehensive 3-month training plan from day one to equip you for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Uphold Nando's brand values and ensure the customer journey is consistently excellent across all service channels.
• Drive the development of team members and identify potential future leaders.
• Maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency during shifts.
• Ensure the delivery of perfect PERi-PERi to customers, whether dining in or ordering takeaway.
