Role overview

This permanent Assistant Store Manager position is based in Dunlaoghaire Shopping Centre, Dunlaoghaire, County Dublin. The role offers 38.75 hours per week and pays €16.40 per hour. It is a hands-on retail leadership position focused on supporting store performance, delivering excellent customer service, and helping customers live healthier lives.

What the role involves

• Work closely with the Store Manager to guide, support, and energise the team.
• Coach team members so they can provide outstanding service and develop stronger customer connections.
• Keep the store operating efficiently with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Support commercial targets through sales management, cost awareness, and strong operational standards.
• Monitor stock levels, accuracy, visual presentation, and promotional activity to ensure standards are consistently met.
• Help maintain safe working practices, compliance, and wellbeing across the store.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development so colleagues can perform confidently.
• Stay current with product knowledge and emerging health and wellness trends.
• Complete Qualified to Advise training so you can give customers informed and trusted guidance.
