Driven by consistent expansion, we are actively seeking an Assistant Quality Assurance professional to bolster our European project delivery team.
This role presents a significant opportunity for a driven individual aiming to build a career in Quality Assurance within the dynamic construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in the execution of project-specific quality plans and established procedures.
- Conduct on-site inspections and quality assessments to verify that work adheres to project specifications and approved blueprints.
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of quality documentation, inspection logs, and comprehensive reports.
- Provide support in managing non-conformities and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to uphold quality standards throughout all project stages.
- Assist in conducting internal and external audits and facilitate project handover processes.
- Foster an environment of quality, compliance, and ongoing improvement on project sites.
Requirements
- Possession of a degree, diploma, or trade qualification in Construction, Engineering, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in construction, QA/QC, engineering, or site supervision is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective communication and organizational capabilities.
- A proactive attitude coupled with a desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Prior experience with roofing, cladding, or façade systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Readiness to work in a project-oriented setting and undertake travel as necessary.
- Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.
