About the Role

This position is focused on leading a lively restaurant team and keeping day-to-day service running smoothly. The environment is people-first, energetic, and built around delivering a memorable guest experience while maintaining strong operational standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Take charge of daily restaurant operations and make sure the venue feels welcoming and well-run.
  • Work closely with the team on the floor, helping set the pace and keep the shift moving.
  • Coach and develop team members so they consistently deliver the signature dining experience.
  • Keep energy high across service and operations, ensuring each shift ends on a positive note.

Important Requirements

Applicants need the legal right to work in Australia and must be at least 18 years old to supervise or manage a restaurant. The role also requires working with all Nando’s ingredients and obtaining or holding the necessary certifications, including liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation, where local laws require them.
