Job description
Role Overview
Napco National is hiring an Assistant Store Keeper to support document handling, record control, and secure filing activities within the store function in the Riyadh Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept paperwork from CSD officers and arrange it in proper order based on serial sequence, including canceled pick slips, gate passes, invoices, and credit notes.
- Match all RTV documents with their related credit notes and share copies with the sales and accounting teams on a weekly basis.
- Record receipt invoices in the JDE system through the invoice control application.
- File all documents in the correct designated locations while ensuring sensitive records remain protected.
- Handle requests for file access and maintain a log of any papers that are issued or borrowed.
- Adhere to company policies and confidentiality requirements to protect data and information.

This role is based onsite in the Riyadh Region and is focused on maintaining accurate documentation flow, controlled access to records, and secure storage of important paperwork.
