Role overview
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will help build a welcoming, high-performing retail environment and support the store’s day-to-day success. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with the Store Manager and team to keep operations running smoothly and customers well served.
Key duties
- Support a varied team and help maintain an inclusive, friendly workplace.
- Drive strong retail standards so the store remains well presented and customers leave satisfied.
- Take a lead role in guiding the team, encouraging performance, and recognising achievements.
- Partner with the Store Manager and step in wherever extra support is needed.
Work schedule
This position runs from Tuesday to Saturday so the business can meet customer demand.
