What You Bring

• Hands-on supervisory or management experience in customer service or retail apparel
• A proven record of meeting key performance indicators, including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average sale value, shrinkage, and mystery shop standards
• Strong communication ability and solid people-management skills, with confidence in recruiting, coaching, and inspiring a team
• Excellent attention to detail, along with practical experience in stock control and visual merchandising
• An entrepreneurial approach with the ability to spot and act on growth opportunities
• A lively, genuine, and positive attitude
• Professional grooming and polished personal presentation
