Role overview
As the primary point of contact at a Cultfit centre, this role focuses on creating a smooth member journey, improving revenue outcomes, and keeping the site running to a high standard. The position calls for strong ownership, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to maintain an upbeat, service-led fitness environment.
Sales and business growth
- Take responsibility for monthly membership, renewal, and upsell goals.
- Convert walk-ins and trial visits into paying members through effective consultations.
- Handle the full membership conversion flow and keep all records accurate and up to date in the portal.
Centre operations management
- Run daily centre activities using the prescribed checklist tool.
- Coordinate class timings, trainer attendance, and readiness before each session.
- Complete daily facility checks to ensure hygiene, safety, and brand compliance.
- Track critical inventory such as first-aid supplies and drinking water, and arrange replenishment on time.
- Resolve issues related to attendance, bookings, equipment, or the facility setup.
Member experience and engagement
- Create a warm, community-oriented atmosphere by building strong relationships with members.
- Manage escalations and ensure a smooth experience before, during, and after classes.
- Collect and record feedback from members and trainers to support ongoing improvement.
- Represent the centre’s service standards and act as the key on-ground face of the location.

- Consistently achieving or surpassing sales and conversion goals.
- A centre that runs efficiently, follows processes, and performs at a high standard.
- Strong member satisfaction, retention, and NPS results.
- Excellent ambience, strong audit outcomes, and reliable operational execution.
Qualifications and additional details
A bachelor’s degree or diploma is preferred. The role typically suits professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, operations, hospitality, retail, or other service-oriented work. Strong communication skills, customer handling ability, accountability, and problem-solving are important. A genuine interest in fitness, wellbeing, and community building is an advantage.
