Role Overview
The Associate Recruiter will support hiring across both technical and non-technical functions. This role is central to finding and engaging strong candidates, coordinating closely with hiring managers, and helping ensure a fair and consistent hiring experience. The position also contributes to building talent pipelines and improving recruiting approaches to support ongoing business growth and changing staffing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage passive candidates for priority openings.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles.
- Work with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
- Deliver a responsive, personalized experience for every candidate.
- Support inclusive and equitable hiring practices throughout the process.
- Carry out talent mapping and research on market and competitor hiring trends.
- Build and sustain long-term candidate relationships and engagement plans.
Requirements
- Strong interest in developing a career in technical recruiting.
- Working knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
- Ability to think creatively and try new sourcing approaches.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to research independently.
- Good planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and Gem is a plus, though not mandatory.
Compensation
The pay for this position will be set according to the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
