Role overview
This full-time position is a permanent role with the earliest start possible immediately. The job is based in Frankfurt am Main and focuses on hands-on bakery production.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a range of doughs for bread, rolls, croissants, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Measure and select ingredients such as flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar, and fats.
- Mix and knead dough by hand as well as with machines.
- Divide, shape, and score dough pieces for baking.
- Follow all hygiene and safety rules during production.
Profile and requirements
- Completed training as a baker or equivalent practical experience.
- Confident handling of large ovens and other baking equipment.
- Careful, dependable, and cooperative way of working.
- Willingness to work shifts and adapt flexibly.
