Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Bancassurance Manager to join our Banca Channel team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for driving sales performance through strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing partner relationships, and ensuring business targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for partners to achieve business objectives within the sales unit.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and training to partner teams.
• Establish and continuously monitor specific objectives to meet agreed-upon sales targets for partners.
• Assist partners in lead generation, tracking, and sales closure processes.
• Support partners in upselling and cross-selling products based on thorough customer need analysis.
• Facilitate ongoing training for partners to maintain a highly productive channel.
• Gather regular feedback from partners and customers regarding satisfaction with the sales process and products.
• Review partner sales plans and provide support to foster their growth and development.
