About the role

This opportunity is with a long-running barbershop brand in Denmark that places a strong emphasis on culture, shared activities, fitness, and a close-knit team of people who are passionate about barbering. The employer is hiring barbers for multiple locations in Denmark, with the role available to start immediately.

What you will do

You will provide professional grooming services in a calm, welcoming setting, using both scissors and clippers to deliver quality haircuts. Alongside technical work, you will be part of a team-oriented environment that values time together beyond the salon as well.

Experience and profile

The ideal candidate brings solid hands-on barbering experience, strong command of both scissor and clipper work, and the ability to communicate in English. A European passport is required for this position.

Pay and earnings

Compensation is based on a combination of your experience, base pay, and the products you sell. Higher contribution can lead to higher take-home earnings, and salary is assessed every six months.

Relocation support

The company assists with your move by covering the flight to Denmark and arranging accommodation at favourable rates close to the workplace.

Growth and training

There is a defined internal progression route from barber to store manager, with the possibility of becoming a part-owner of a store. Training and in-house learning are included from the first day.

Applicants should share a portfolio, along with photos and videos that demonstrate their work. The employer would like to review technique across scissors, clippers, beard styling, and different hair types. A social media profile such as Instagram is also acceptable.
