Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Barista based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on preparing a range of hot and cold beverages while delivering a high standard of customer service. The company is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys coffee and working with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold coffee-based beverages to a consistent standard.
• Operate coffee machines and grinders professionally and safely.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and product quality during busy service periods.
• Support cleanliness and hygiene across the work area.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and report stock needs as required.
• Take care of equipment and ensure it is properly maintained.

Required background and skills

• Good understanding of coffee origins, brewing styles, and espresso drinks.
• Previous experience making hot and cold coffee beverages.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
• Basic latte art ability is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
