Role overview

Le Méridien Munich is looking for a bartender to join its bar team in Munich. The role is based on site and begins immediately. The position is advertised as full-time, and the stated gross salary is €3,016.

What the job involves

In this role, you will prepare a wide range of drinks, including classic cocktails and bespoke creations that are not listed on the menu. You will interact with guests at the bar while mixing beverages, provide polished service when serving drinks, and ensure that every guest experience feels attentive and seamless. You are expected to move confidently behind the bar, keep up a professional presence, and enjoy being the person guests naturally watch and engage with.

Your profile

The ideal candidate is comfortable serving regular guests, works confidently as a bar professional, and contributes creatively to the ongoing development of the drinks menu. You should think in cocktails, enjoy teamwork, and be able to fulfill special drink requests beyond the standard selection. Strong communication skills in both German and English are required.
