Job description
Role Overview
Belle is seeking a BCCHW Trainer to support in-person onboarding and field-based training for Belle Certified Community Health Workers as business needs require. The position focuses on helping new team members get up to speed, strengthening field readiness, and maintaining operational and hospitality expectations across different markets.
When training activity is not underway, the role shifts into field work, where the trainer will complete member appointments and provide operational support. The position is primarily remote, with travel required depending on training and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person onboarding, field training, and new-hire orientation for BCCHWs when needed.
- Observe field activity and complete quality reviews to confirm alignment with Belle’s workflows, standards, and member experience goals.
- Promote expectations around hospitality, professionalism, documentation, compliance, and service quality throughout all training sessions.
- Travel to assigned markets to support onboarding, live training, and market launch efforts.
- Handle member appointments and provide field coverage during non-training periods, staffing gaps, or unexpected callouts.
- Act as a strong example of BCCHW service, professional conduct, and member engagement.
- Use quality assurance reviews to surface training needs and contribute to ongoing improvement work.
- Support recruitment efforts and participate in hiring events as needed.
- Adjust to changing operational priorities and take on special projects as the BCCHW program expands.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has prior exposure to training, onboarding, coaching, healthcare operations, or other customer-facing field work. They should be comfortable leading in-person sessions and speaking confidently to groups.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are important, along with excellent organization and the flexibility to balance training duties with field responsibilities. The role also calls for someone who can guide new teammates professionally and encouragingly, work in a fast-moving environment, and travel when required.
Candidates should be motivated by member experience, healthcare access, and Belle’s mission.
Eligibility
This opportunity is restricted to internal candidates only.
Additional Information
The role is based in Georgia, United States. It is remote, but travel is required according to training needs and market assignments. Outside of active training periods, the trainer will work in the field completing member appointments and supporting operational coverage.
