Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Role Overview

ABS Kids is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support children with autism and their families in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with flexibility, strong support, and room to grow in a company created and led by BCBAs.

Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Guaranteed first-year pay of $94,500 to $99,400 per year
• Uncapped monthly bonus plan with additional earning potential
• Signing bonus and paid relocation support available

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to helping children with autism and their families succeed
• Dedication to ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery
• Master’s degree and BCBA certification, or certification underway; recent graduates are welcome
