Role Overview
ABS Kids is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support children with autism and their families in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with flexibility, strong support, and room to grow in a company created and led by BCBAs.
Compensation and Bonus Structure
- Guaranteed first-year pay of $94,500 to $99,400 per year
- Uncapped monthly bonus plan with additional earning potential
- Signing bonus and paid relocation support available

Qualifications
- Strong commitment to helping children with autism and their families succeed
- Dedication to ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery
- Master’s degree and BCBA certification, or certification underway; recent graduates are welcome
