Rilla is a conversation intelligence platform built for in-person sales teams. It serves industries such as HVAC, real estate, automotive, and windows, helping businesses record face-to-face customer conversations through a mobile app and then automatically transcribe and analyze them with AI so they can improve sales performance.

About the Role

This is the first full-time Brand/Graphic Designer role on the Revenue team. The position will use visual storytelling and design expertise to help define how Rilla looks, feels, and presents itself externally.

The role will influence a wide range of customer-facing moments, including advertising, events, sales enablement materials, and product marketing, while helping establish the foundation for a premium, consistent brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Create polished print and digital design assets for high-visibility company moments such as campaigns, events, sales activations, and product launches.
  • Lead the visual expression of the brand across important marketing and sales touchpoints, improving the overall quality and consistency of each asset.
  • Work closely with teams across marketing, sales, customer success, product, and leadership to keep the brand cohesive and impactful throughout the customer journey.
  • Help shape and evolve the brand over time so that the company tells a clearer and stronger story.
  • Design with both aesthetics and business impact in mind, ensuring the work is visually strong and effective.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual storytelling, preferably with a high-growth startup, creative agency, or media-focused company.
  • A strong portfolio showing expertise in layout, typography, and brand systems across both digital and print formats.
  • Proven ability to work across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders in marketing, sales, product, and leadership.
  • A careful eye for detail and a strong commitment to producing excellent creative work.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with video, motion, or 3D tools is an added advantage.
  • Comfort using AI tools for idea generation, creative exploration, asset production, and rapid iteration.

Compensation

The expected salary for this role is between $120,000 and $200,000 per year. Candidates with competing offers may receive a matching or competitive offer. Total compensation may also include incentive stock options and other future incentives. The estimate does not include the value of benefits or the potential future value of long-term incentives.

Working Style
