Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Technical Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing business and technical needs, contributing to system enhancements, resolving technical challenges, and working closely with various departments to implement successful technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, document, and thoroughly analyze both business and technical requirements.
• Provide support for system implementations, integrations, testing phases, and system upgrades.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, proposing effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and process flow diagrams.
• Examine data to produce reports that aid in strategic decision-making.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with stakeholders, development teams, and project groups.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) processes and offer support to end-users.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Accumulate at least 2 years of professional experience in a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or a comparable position.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), business analysis principles, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Exhibit proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel, or other data reporting tools.
• Show familiarity with project management and issue tracking platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps.
• Possess strong capabilities in analytical thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving.
• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously within a remote work setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with cloud computing environments, API integrations, and data visualization software.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum development frameworks.
• Hold relevant professional certifications like ITIL, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications.
