Key responsibilities

  • Generate fresh business through outreach activities such as cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Own the full sales journey, from identifying opportunities through to deal closure.
  • Create and manage a healthy funnel of qualified leads while working toward sales targets.
  • Connect with key decision-makers, deliver sales pitches, and nurture durable client relationships.
  • Use CRM systems to log activity, track opportunities, and keep records up to date.

Experience and qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT Sales, SaaS Sales, EdTech Sales, IT Training Sales, or B2B Sales.
  • Strong track record in cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, and business development.
  • Well-developed communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to independently manage the sales process end to end.
