As the business expands, the team is hiring experienced wealth management professionals across several locations.
Role Overview
This opening is for a Business Development Manager in the Sub Broking department. The role focuses on franchisee and sub-broker acquisition, business growth, client relationship support, and cross-selling within the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Work toward the franchisee acquisition goals assigned by the reporting managers.
- Identify and develop leads through cold outreach and calling efforts.
- Meet the business and client-meeting targets set by senior leadership.
- Expand the franchisee database by identifying high-potential clients and prioritizing prospects based on business value.
- Use databases, personal referrals, and networking to arrange meetings for senior stakeholders.
- Bring in as many new sub-brokers as possible within the allocated region.
- Support existing sub-brokers so that relationships remain active and productive.
- Maintain daily MIS reports covering calls made and meetings held, and share them with the senior team through CRM.
- Promote and cross-sell other offerings such as IPOs, mutual funds, and insurance.
