Role overview
This opportunity is with Digiads Media for a business development professional who can help grow recruitment consultancy services. The position is based in Noida and can be performed in a flexible hybrid setup, including work from home, work from office, or a combination of both.
The role is focused on winning new recruitment clients, especially MNCs and established companies, and building durable business relationships across IT and non-IT hiring requirements in domestic and international markets.
Work location and mode
Location: Noida, India. Work arrangement: WFH / WFO / hybrid, as per business needs and candidate preference.
What the role involves
- Identify and create new business opportunities through partnerships, client outreach, and relationship development.
- Expand the client base by engaging companies for recruitment and staffing services.
- Present recruitment solutions to decision-makers such as HR heads and talent acquisition teams.
- Handle the full business development cycle, from lead generation and pitching to closure and onboarding.
- Support client accounts by ensuring smooth service delivery and strong satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams so client hiring needs are met on time.
- Track market movements, hiring demand, and competitor activity to guide outreach efforts.
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline and work toward business targets.
- Explore potential vendors and external partners that can strengthen HR consulting and service offerings.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant should already have experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, HR services, or a closely related business development role. Prior exposure to onboarding new recruitment clients and handling corporate accounts is important.
Applicants should be comfortable with lead generation, cold calling, proposal handling, client onboarding, and relationship management. The role also calls for confidence in working with both domestic and international clients.
Qualification and eligibility
Graduation is not compulsory. Candidates with a graduate, diploma, bachelor's, or master's background in any specialisation, including Business, HR, Marketing, or related fields, are eligible. The position is intended for professionals with recruitment consultancy business development experience.
Experience needed
