Role overview

This role begins with the goal of increasing adoption of Settify across LEAP Legal Software’s customer base. You will contact a warm pipeline of Australian law firms and show them the value of Settify as a no-cost add-on to their current package. The focus is on fast market penetration through quick, high-impact wins in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.

You will join a small, low-ego, agile team and report directly to the Head of Revenue. Over the first year, the expectation is that you will develop into a full-cycle sales role with responsibility for expanding Settify beyond the LEAP ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage law firms at volume through outbound activity, with the aim of activating accounts quickly and efficiently.
  • Work toward a monthly activation target and take full ownership of results.
  • Build trust rapidly with practice managers, principals and fee earners, progressing conversations from first contact to onboarding with minimal back-and-forth.
  • Keep Salesforce consistently accurate and current so the status of every account is clear.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to help newly activated firms get off to a strong start and remain engaged.
  • Share insights from customer conversations with product and marketing teams so market needs are reflected back into the business.

What you should bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management or business development within SaaS.
  • A consistent record of meeting and exceeding performance targets in a metrics-led setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a sizeable portfolio effectively.
  • Comfort using Salesforce or a comparable CRM, with a disciplined approach to data hygiene.
