Role overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong interest in data and analytics. In this full-time position, you will turn raw information into practical insights that help guide business decisions and support growth. You will partner with teams across the organization to build reports, dashboards, and analytics tools that improve performance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities
- Collect, examine, and interpret information from multiple sources to inform decision-making.
- Create, update, and improve dashboards, reports, and visual displays for stakeholders.
- Track business KPIs, performance metrics, and emerging trends.
- Work with business users to understand their reporting and analytics needs.
- Check data for accuracy, consistency, and integrity before reporting.
- Spot process improvement opportunities through analysis and insight generation.
- Build and maintain data models, datasets, and reporting frameworks.
- Handle ad hoc analysis and deliver recommendations that improve outcomes.
- Coordinate with data, operations, finance, marketing, and management teams.
- Record reporting workflows, data definitions, and BI solutions.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of SQL for extracting and studying data.
- Experience using BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
- Understanding of databases, data warehousing, and reporting fundamentals.
- Exposure to Python, R, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
- Ability to present technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Prior exposure through internships, academic projects, or analytics/reporting/BI work is preferred.
