Role overview
The Business System Analyst will examine current business workflows, pinpoint suitable technology-based improvements, and help roll out and refine business systems. This position partners with internal stakeholders to turn operational needs into practical technical solutions that raise efficiency and support day-to-day business performance.
What you'll need to bring
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT Management, or another closely related area.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in information technology.
- Background in IT systems, business analysis, or cybersecurity.
- Well-developed analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and technical understanding.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Good interpersonal abilities and solid organizational habits.
Preferred qualifications
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification is an advantage.
