Role overview
Emirates is hiring cabin crew members who can bring calm, warmth, and adaptability to every flight. In this role, you will represent the airline to customers, helping them with guidance, support, and a consistently polished onboard experience.
This is not only a service position. Safety is central to the job, so you will be expected to handle aircraft service duties confidently while also following security and safety procedures with care and control. Training is delivered at Emirates’ advanced facility in Dubai.

- Take responsibility for aircraft service tasks while keeping safety and security standards in focus.

Experience and qualification criteria
- More than 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is required.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work well in teams are important.
- The minimum academic requirement is completion of high school up to Grade 12.
- Strong spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Height must be at least 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm while on tiptoes so emergency equipment can be accessed on all aircraft types.
- Visible tattoos are not permitted while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform unless they are covered with bandages or cosmetics.
- Candidates must be able to meet UAE employment visa requirements, as the role is based in Dubai.

Compensation and benefits
- Competitive tax-free pay package
- Basic monthly salary of AED 4,980
- Flying pay of AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours each month
- Average total monthly pay of AED 11,244, approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II (Economy Class)
- Overseas meal allowance
- Meal allowances for night stops are added to salary in arrears the following month
