Job description
Role overview
Emirates is hiring cabin crew for a Dubai-based role, with relocation support included. This position is about much more than serving meals and drinks: you will be the airline’s public face, guiding passengers, helping them feel comfortable, and responding calmly across a variety of situations.
The job places safety first. You will be expected to confidently oversee service, security, and safety-related procedures on board while delivering a polished and welcoming customer experience. Training is provided through Emirates’ learning facility in Dubai.
What the role involves
- Represent the airline professionally and support passengers throughout the journey.
- Offer clear guidance, assistance, and a reassuring presence to travelers from different backgrounds.
- Manage onboard service while keeping safety and security standards at the forefront.
- Stay composed, take charge when needed, and adapt smoothly to changing situations.
- Maintain an authentic, customer-focused experience in line with the Emirates brand values.
What Emirates is looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment with people from many cultures.
- Minimum education level: high school graduate, Grade 12.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Minimum height of 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- No visible tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform unless fully covered with bandages or cosmetics.
- Willingness to be based in Dubai and meet UAE employment visa requirements.
Working style and expectations
You should be committed to consistently high standards, comfortable handling a busy and demanding schedule, and able to work in a practical, solution-oriented way. The role also calls for cultural awareness and the ability to reflect the Emirates character: professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary, and cosmopolitan.
