We are seeking individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- E-commerce & Fashion: Experience with online retail platforms (e.g., Shopify, Gorgias) and fashion brands. Requires strong written communication and top-tier customer support skills.
- Installation Services (Voice Support): Ability to manage high call volumes and possess strong voice support experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
- Tech & App Support: Proficiency in troubleshooting software, mobile applications, or hardware, guiding customers through technical issues with clarity and patience.
- Fintech: Experience supporting digital financial platforms for secure, fast, cross-border payments. Must be comfortable assisting customers with transactions and digital financial services.
- Telecommunications / Mobile Network: Prior experience within a mobile network or telecommunications company.
Essential Duties
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver timely and effective support to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience while meeting key performance indicators.
- Communicate professionally with both customers and internal teams.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Take full responsibility for customer concerns until resolution.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
Technical Requirements (Bring Your Own Device)
- A laptop is required (Windows 10+ with Intel Core i5 10th Gen+ and 8GB RAM minimum). Chromebooks, Linux, or desktop computers are not permitted.
- A stable internet connection of 50–55 Mbps is necessary, utilizing a wired connection.
- A noise-cancelling headset is mandatory.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace is essential.
