Job description
Job Summary
HACA is seeking a motivated and performance-focused Career Expert to support student admissions by counselling prospects and maintaining consistent follow-up. This role suits someone with at least 1 year of experience in sales or counselling, along with practical experience using LSQ and CRM platforms.
Student Counselling and Admission Support
- Guide prospective learners on available courses, career paths, and the advantages of each program.
- Assess student needs and suggest the most suitable course options.
- Turn enquiries into admissions through clear communication and structured follow-up.
Lead Management
- Manage incoming and outgoing leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Keep leads updated in LSQ and CRM systems on a regular basis.
- Ensure follow-ups happen on time and that leads are nurtured properly until conversion.
CRM and Data Management
- Maintain precise and up-to-date student information in the CRM.
- Monitor daily activity, lead progress, and conversion performance.
- Work with internal teams to make the student onboarding process smooth.
Target Achievement
- Work towards monthly admission and revenue goals.
- Maintain strong conversion rates.
- Support sales drives and promotional initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in education sales, academic counselling, or inside sales.
- Practical experience with LSQ (LeadSquared) and CRM tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with good interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to follow up consistently and negotiate effectively.
- A self-driven, target-oriented attitude.
