Caregiver – Immediate Hiring

Role Overview

Always Best Care Senior Service Knoxville is hiring caregivers in Lenoir City, Tennessee. This is an onsite caregiving role for someone who finds purpose in supporting others and wants to make a meaningful difference each day.

Compensation and Bonus Details

The position offers hourly pay in the range of $15.00 to $17.00. A $500 sign-on bonus is available for new hires. There is also a $100 referral bonus per hire for both the referring employee and the referred employee, payable after 100 completed work hours. Pay may increase after 90 days.

Key Duties

• Help clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and soft diets.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Handle light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with errands and transportation when needed, with mileage reimbursement available for driven miles.

Work Schedule and Hours

The role supports flexible scheduling. Available shift patterns include 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts, as well as day shifts, night shifts, Monday-to-Friday schedules, and every weekend or rotating weekend shifts. Expected working hours are 20 to 40 per week.
