Carpenter / Painter

Overview

Hyatt Place Al Ula is seeking an experienced Carpenter / Painter to support engineering and upkeep activities across the hotel. The role focuses on keeping the property well-maintained through quality repair, finishing, and maintenance work.

What you will do

• Handle carpentry repair tasks and routine maintenance across hotel areas.
• Complete painting, touch-up, and finishing work as needed.
• Check furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to spot maintenance issues early.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service needs.
• Keep tools, equipment, and workspaces clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Work in line with safety rules and engineering maintenance standards.

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience as a carpenter, painter, or in a comparable maintenance position, ideally within hospitality or facilities management.
• Strong practical understanding of carpentry methods, painting application, and finishing work.
• Ability to carry out repair and maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.
• Awareness of workplace safety requirements and procedures.
• Good communication skills and an organized approach to work.
• Comfortable working under pressure and across flexible shift schedules.

Additional information

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Saudi Arabia. The job is with Hyatt Place Al Ula and supports hotel engineering operations.
