- Make sure daily targets, SLA commitments, and service expectations are consistently achieved.
- Maintain control over audit, compliance, and security procedures across all CPC activities.

- Improve workflows, technology usage, and workforce allocation to raise throughput and accuracy.
- Support and drive transformation, automation, and digital improvement initiatives within the CPC.
- Follow the established global operating model at all times.
- Perform risk checks regularly and reduce exposure linked to cash handling, fraud, and internal control gaps.
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and frontline employees.

- Act as the primary point of coordination for banks, financial institutions, and internal functions such as CIT, Reconciliation, and Security.
- Handle escalated customer issues and build durable relationships with major stakeholders.
- Own the CPC financial plan, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Track and improve core performance measures such as accuracy, loss ratios, productivity, SLA adherence, and cost per unit processed.
- Work with Sales and Commercial teams on new business, renewals, pricing support, cost modelling, and bid responses.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits to present CPC capabilities and support retention efforts.
- Monitor operational reports covering cash volumes, discrepancies, efficiency, and audit findings, then turn the data into practical management recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams and relevant external stakeholders as needed.
- Promote continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma practices, along with new technology and automation adoption.
