Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time remote Chief Operating Officer to lead day-to-day operations, improve business efficiency, and help shape and implement the company’s strategic direction. This position is responsible for building business plans, overseeing budgets, improving operational workflows, and partnering with senior leadership to make informed, data-led decisions. The role also requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to support growth and innovation across the organization.

What You Will Do

Manage daily business operations and ensure core processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Create and execute strategic business plans that support company objectives.
Oversee budgeting and financial planning to keep spending aligned with organizational priorities.
Review and improve systems, procedures, and operational workflows.
Work with leadership to analyze data and guide decision-making.
Collaborate with teams across the business to strengthen growth and innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated background in business planning and strategic execution.
Strong command of operations management and process optimization.
Excellent analytical ability to assess performance and refine policies.
Solid knowledge of finance and budgeting.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication capabilities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience in food manufacturing is considered an advantage.
